My client are a leading renewable energy company based in Southend-on-Sea, specializing in a range of sustainable solutions including solar panel installations, EV charging units, and air source heat pumps. They are passionate about helping people and businesses transition to clean energy, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Office Manager/Coordinator to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting the owner with the day-to-day operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include: Managing customer enquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. Overseeing office administration tasks like filing, creating reports, and maintaining databases. Managing the company calendar and travel arrangements. Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Assisting with marketing and social media initiatives.

While experience within the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus, it's not essential. We're more interested in someone with a proven track record as an office manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a dynamic and growing company. As we expand, this role will too, with the potential to progress into senior management.

The Person

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
