REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic understanding of accounts and accounting systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Ability to meet deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in processing capital and major revenue requests
  • Record and monitor requests accurately within budgets
  • Monitor capex and revenue requests progress in the capex system
  • Process capital invoices accurately and timely
  • Handle supplier queries and reconcile statements
  • Maintain equipment registers and file relevant documents
  • Prepare information for Capex committee
