An exciting role on offer for a CAD Technician with Structural Experience looking to join a business experiencing an exciting period of growth, where you will have an opportunity to work on exciting projects, working with high end clients & progress/develop your career with a Consultancy.

This dynamic privately owned company are a renowned Civil and Structural Consultancy. They work on a variety of projects within a range of sectors. They are known for they unique work on historical project but also work on high end residential, marine and commercial projects. Due to an increasing workload and promising pipeline of work so are therefore looking for a Cad Technician to join the team.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to massively contribute to a business' ongoing success, assisting on various projects in a dynamic environment, working alongside an experienced team. The company actively encourage the development of their staff and pride themselves on a dynamic and supportive culture.

This role would therefore ideally suit a CAD Technician who enjoys working on Structural Drawings in Steel, Reinforced concrete, Masonry & Timber. In turn you will gain experience working on multi sector developments & experience the full project life cycle from design to handover and be succession planned to progress within the company.

The Role

  • Delivering structural CAD drawings within a variety of sectors
  • Be able to produce high quality structural drawings using Autocad
  • Working alongside structural engineers within the company
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written with clients, other professionals and contractors


The Person

  • 2+ years Cad Technician experience in structures
  • Experience working for a Engineering consultancy
  • AutoCAD experience is essential
  • Looking to join a close knit company with progression
