Job Summary:

As Viator experiences significant growth and competition in the market, the demand for high-quality creative content has surged. To efficiently meet this demand and enhance our creative production processes, we seek a dedicated Production Manager. This individual will be instrumental in streamlining operations, managing resources effectively, and ensuring the timely delivery of top-tier creative outputs.

What You'll Do
  • Streamline production processes from concept to delivery for optimal resource allocation.
  • Implement and refine new "ways of working" to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of creative elements into broader marketing strategies.
  • Oversee project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain project schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for all creative outputs in line with company excellence goals.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and creative briefs.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to enhance output quality within the creative team.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Monitor workload distribution to prevent burnout and maintain team morale.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and resource optimization.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the creative production team.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to enhance team morale and productivity.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development within the team.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in creative production management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of workflow management is critical, including expertise across Asana, spreadsheets, written documents, presentation decks a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with creative production tools such as a MAM (media asset manager) and the Adobe suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
