About the role

As one of the school's Teaching Assistants, you will:

Be part of a team that specialises in the four areas of need.Plan and deliver a robust programme of intervention.Respond to students with immediate and emerging needs to ensure that all are able to access the curriculum, which is their entitlement.Facilitate and evaluate a range of learning experiences that are carefully matched to students' prior learning and current needs.Contribute to the development and implementation of students' individual education plans.Use assessment data to provide feedback, to set learning objectives and to plan further interventions in conjunction with teaching staff. This is a 37 hour per week, 39 weeks per year, permanent role.
