Our client, a well-known and exciting business based in Teddington, is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team as soon as possible on a 12 month contract. To be successful in this role you will have some HR experience and be available immediately or on short notice.

HR Administrator - About The Role

  • Full responsibility for the administration of the department
  • Drafting letters, tracking changes, reports, contracts, and training coordination
  • Be the primary link between HR and Payroll, ensuring all changes and activities are logged
  • Assist with interview scheduling and on-boarding administrative tasks
  • Advertising vacancies and assist with managing the responses
  • Responsible for departmental purchase orders
  • Manage the department inbox and any other administrative duties
  • Help set up meetings and associated invitations
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

The successful HR Administrator will have/be:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and confident using online tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication
  • Highly organised and able to juggle conflicting priorities with ease
  • Highly confidential, discreet and customer orientated
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a team with the ability to work using own initiative
  • Confident on the phone with excellent telephone manner
  • Calm under pressure
