Fixed Term - Full Time
Salary £14.50 p/h
Hybrid role with remote working available
Overall Responsibility:
To work alongside managers and colleagues to provide operational HR input on a range of people management and workforce issues affecting the business, managing relationships and enabling leaders to improve business performance through their people. Thisinvolves the delivery of HR transactional services (starters, contractual changes, leavers) and support to resourcing activity, employee engagement and wellbeing, employee relations management, organisational and job design, leadership and talent development,and colleague capability and skills.
To contribute to the development of a proactive, customer focused and efficient HR service by understanding evolving business strategies, legislative requirements, and workforce trends, and proactively collaborating with HR colleagues in the developmentand implementation of fit-for-purpose people solutions.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Educated to GCSE-level or equivalent professional experience/qualification (i.e, CIPD level 2 or above)
- Experience of working in a busy administrative/clerical or internal customer-facing role within a service-focused organisation
- Understanding of HR service provision and the employee lifecycle, and the impact that great HR service provision has within a business and on front line service delivery
- Experience in a regulated environment where safeguarding is high priority
- Experience in HR information systems and data management
- IT literate - able to manipulate Microsoft Office 365 collaboration tools (Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
