Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of publishing? We're on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Temporary Content Operations Administrator.
As Content Management Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing sales, marketing, and content licensing requests. You will be responsible for performing initial rights checks for sales deals, sourcing original files and images, and maintaining metadata and rights within our systems.
This role will require you to attend the DK office two days a week minimum. During your induction period, you will be required to attend three days a week.
Key responsibilities
Take charge of uploading and curating captivating images in our cutting-edge asset management systemApply your creative flair to manage metadata and bring DK content to lifeDive into the world of publishing by assisting with rights checks and fulfilling content requestsBecome an integral part of our team by providing holiday and sickness cover as neededReview contracts and databases to ensure permissions are cleared for imagesSource and deliver original files from the archive for content supplyMaintain sales tracker books and high-level rightsAssist with content transfer from physical to digitalTake on ad hoc tasks and requests to showcase your versatility and abilities Knowledge, skills and experienceGood communication and project management skills to collaborate effectively within our teamCommercial awareness, which will be developed by diving into the world of content licensing and distributionSome understanding of image libraries is preferred to help elevate our content to new heightsBe able to take charge of content distribution and organisational tasks to keep our operations running smoothlyEmbrace the opportunity to work collaboratively with teams and partners to achieve our strategic objectives If you're eager to take on this exciting temporary position, please submit your most recent CV and cover letter by Monday 10th June.
