About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our content practice at Publicis Content. As Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving growth, innovation, and collaboration across our agencies, working closely with high-profile clients such as L'Oreal, LVMH, Mondelez, and Sky.

Your primary objective will be to double the revenue generated by the content practice over the next three years, leveraging your expertise in content, partnership, social media, and sponsorship to deliver outstanding results. You will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of content creation and strategy for Publicis Media, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of industry trends.

You will work closely with our leadership team to integrate and collaborate with key divisions such as SEO, sports marketing, and influencer marketing, maximising our collective strengths to deliver better outcomes for clients. With a talented team of over 100 professionals in the content practice, you will be responsible for nurturing talent, driving operational excellence, and ensuring we remain industry leaders in delivering world-class content strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to scale the content practice and double revenue in three years.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of content creators, strategists, and analysts, fostering collaboration, creativity, and high client standards.
  • Identify and capitalise on new opportunities for content partnerships, insourcing, and cross-agency collaboration.
  • Work closely with key clients, ensuring tailored content strategies that drive measurable growth, and setting a high bar for client service and delivery.
  • Ensure that Publicis Content stays ahead of the curve with the latest trends in AI, platform solutions, and emerging technologies to enhance our offering.
  • Partner with other Publicis entities like Digitas, MSL, and St Marks Studios, ensuring the integration of services and enhancing client outcomes.
About You
  • Extensive experience in content, partnership, social media, sponsorship, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver large-scale, successful content strategies.
  • Comfortable navigating complex client structures, with a strong focus on collaboration.
  • Track record of driving business growth and scaling services in dynamic environments.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a passion for innovation.
