The Role and the Department

The Student Wellbeing Administrator works in the Student Wellbeing and Chaplaincy Office which is part of the Student Support and Wellbeing Directorate. This office focusses on two key areas: student health and wellbeing; and faith support. Liaison, coordination and networking with student representatives and other internal and external stakeholders are fundamental for the work of this office.

The Student Wellbeing Administrator delivers effective and efficient administrative support to the Student Wellbeing and Chaplaincy Office. The duties of the role include: arranging and administering meetings; preparing documents; analysing data; organising events; acting as a key point of contact, answering queries and resolving problems; coordinating diaries; processing invoices and orders; maintaining records and the website; and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

The Student Wellbeing Administrator works primarily with the small Student Wellbeing and Chaplaincy Team but also collaborates with staff across the Student Support and Wellbeing Directorate. The role involves liaison across the University, including with students, as well as with external stakeholders.

This post is responsible to and line managed by the Head of the Student Wellbeing and Chaplaincy Office. Some hybrid and flexible working may be possible.
