A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BAR SUPERVISOR AT THE FOUNDRY

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the General Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.

Managing Bar service, preparing drinks
Ensuring our guests receive 5* service at all times
Supervising staff
Keeping the venue safe and clean

To succeed in the role of Bar Supervisor you will need the following qualities and skills.

At least one years experience in the supervison of staff in a Hospitality setting
Strong Bar and Mixology knowledge / skills
