Bar Supervisor

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join of team at Bullitt Hotel. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, evening nibbles and drinks the Bar and Courtyard area has a busy but relaxed vibe with a fantastic team of staff and management that provide excellent customer service. Located in a prime city centre location, wrapping Victoria Street, Ann Street and Church Lane, the Hotel is a stone’s throw from Belfast’s shopping mecca, Victoria Square and the lively Cathedral Quarter.

**The role will involve**:

- Delivering the highest standards of food and beverage service.
- Supervising a team of up to 25 people.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns to meet the needs of the business.
- Good understanding of cash handling, rotas, payroll and stock control procedures.
- Ability to further improve and build on standards in both food and beverage through staff training and coaching.
- Effectively overseeing the functions for the bar.
- Using several computer packages, so strong IT skills are essential.

**The essential criteria for the position are**:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role.
- A minimum of 2 years food and beverage service, including cocktails.
- A proven track record of providing excellent customer care.
- Experience in cash handling and till operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Effective organisational skills.
- Ability to use own initiative.
