General Operative - Carpentry

Exeter

Full Time, Permanent 42.5 Hours per week.

£30,000 + Company Van and Fuel Card

We provide tailored rapid-response and planned housing maintenance services to meet the needs of over 70 local authorities, Management Organisations and Housing Associations partners. About the role

We are looking for experienced Carpentry General Operative to join our newly formed Planned Works Team in Exeter. Working with Exeter City Council on a variety of residential works, working in occupied, void properties and communal areas, our team produce work to the highest standards and deliver outstanding customer service.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are as equally as invested as us in continuing to improve people's homes, lives and the local community, to join the team. Can you demonstrate that you have;

  • Extensive experience in carpentry
  • Good customer service
  • Painting experience is ideal
  • UK Full driving licence
  • IT literate
  • Manual handling

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
