Duty of Care Coordinator
Salary – £25,212 to £ 29,661 per annum (plus benefits)
Hours – 37.5 hours per week, 08:00 am to 16:00 pm
Location Postcode – ME16 0LE
As a Duty of Care Coordinator at FCC Environment, you will provide administrative support to the Site team, primarily focused on coordinating duty of care and to assist in achieving compliant operation of the facility especially health, safety and environmental regulations, legislation, management systems and contracts and to maintain the duty of care compliance.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 37.5 days per week, however, we will consider requests for job shares to suit your lifestyle (working full days).

- Daily reconciliation and auditing of transfer and consignment notes checking waste codes and carriers' licenses etc,
- Filing and archiving of waste transfer notes, consignment notes and carrier licenses,
- Updating of the waste forecast sheet,
- Point of contact and liaison with the KCC representative and Trade Customers, ensuring that waste is switched on/off accordingly when required to assist.
- Invoice reconciliation for food/recycle haulage costs,
- Monthly reporting of volumes waste supplier contracts
- Completing the quarterly volumes spreadsheet for submission to the EA.
- Accessing and inputting data into databases and spreadsheet,
- Liaising with the Input/Output Operations Manager and FCC GE+ Commercial Manager,
- Setting up meetings and meeting rooms,
- Taking responsibility for meetings and ensuring the individuals are supplied with refreshments and stationery when required,
- Responsibility for the condition and state of the site meeting and exhibition rooms,
- Assist security staff with receiving of visitors,
- Where necessary carry out site inductions,
- Carry out transfer stations audits, driving required,
- Responsible to organise and conduct site tours,
- Any other duties requested by the Input/Output Operations Manager
