Care Coordination Specialist
Salary – £25,212 to £29,661 per annum (plus benefits)
Hours – 37.5 hours per week, 08:00 am to 16:00 pm
As a Care Coordination Specialist at FCC Environment, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative assistance to the Site team. Your primary focus will be on managing duty of care processes and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as relevant legislation and management systems.
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. We are open to considering job share requests to accommodate your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily reconciliation and auditing of transfer and consignment notes, verifying waste codes and carriers' licenses.
- Organize and archive waste transfer notes, consignment notes, and carrier licenses.
- Maintain and update the waste forecast sheet.
- Act as the primary contact for liaising with representatives and trade customers, ensuring timely waste management.
- Reconcile invoices related to food and recycling haulage costs.
- Prepare monthly reports on waste volumes and supplier contracts.
- Complete quarterly volume spreadsheets for submission to regulatory authorities.
- Input and manage data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the Input/Output Operations Manager and Commercial Manager.
- Coordinate meetings and manage meeting room logistics.
- Ensure meeting attendees are provided with necessary refreshments and materials.
- Oversee the condition of meeting and exhibition spaces.
- Assist security personnel with visitor management.
- Conduct site inductions as required.
- Perform audits of transfer stations, with driving responsibilities as needed.
- Organize and lead site tours.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Input/Output Operations Manager.
