Sous Chef - Broadstairs

Shepherd Neame is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team, so if you are a proven chef with experience at a senior level and you are looking for a new challenge; this may be just the job for you.

The Royal Albion is an historic seafront hotel situated in the heart of Broadstairs, Kent. Dating back to 1760, the Shepherd Neame hotel has 21 elegant and spacious bedrooms and boasts a commanding position on the clifftop overlooking Viking Bay. Our guests can dine in our popular Ballard's Coffee Lounge or our main bar and restaurant areas. The hotel's Quarterdeck restaurant or the relaxed surroundings of the Boathouse bar which has a terrace and garden area offering glorious sea views.

We know that an excellent Sous Chef is one of the key ingredients to a successful kitchen, so this role will see you supporting your Head Chef, deputising in their absence and assisting with the development of the kitchen team to deliver efficient, high quality food service to our customers.
