A well established organisation based in Milton Keynes is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their welcoming, motivated and friendly team.

Accounts Assistant
  • Will have a Degree in Finance and be Part Qualified studying their AAT, CIMA or ACCA
  • Any experience processing end-to-end payroll is desirable.
  • Will be well versed in AP & AR and have experience handling stock/products.
  • Process and record daily financial transactions including invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Maintain and update the company's financial records and ledgers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Respond to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
