Location: East Kilbride

Hours: 8am-5pm (some flexibility with hours of work can be considered)

Type: Permanent (fully office based)

Our client, who are based within East Kilbride is seeking a driven, motivated individual to join their growing successful team. The role will be a pivotal part of the company's growth plans and will suit someone who enjoys liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.

The Role

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Understand customers business goals and objectives to provide tailored solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products/services and resolution of issues.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to the development of account growth strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor's activities.
  • Maintaining customer's price lists and ensuring prices are correct and no items are falling into unacceptable margin.
  • Produce and maintain a matrix of key contact names at the clients company and map level of engagement

The successful candidate must have prior knowledge and experience within similar role, be confident liaising with customers and internal stakeholders. Have a passion for driving growth within key existing accounts and have an excellent telephone manner.
