Property Services Business are looking for a Business Analyst for a 12 month fixed term contract to work on a project to improve both internal and external communications. This role will involve the implementation and management of improving internal communications, external marketing and communication platforms.

This role will be mostly remote with occasional travel to offices around the UK.

THE ROLE

The Business Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Working with stakeholders in the business to gather requirements to improve internal communications across the business.
  • Working with stakeholders in the business to gather requirements to improve external marketing for the business.
  • Look at how internal colleague communication platforms can be improved.
  • Be able to deploy solutions internally and externally to drive colloboration and communication for a multi office business.
  • Run workshops both online and in person
  • Manage and develop business requirements and processes for applying/using technology to satisfy business needs

YOU

The ideal Business Analyst will have prior experience of:

  • Have prior experience as a Business Analyst in an internal communications and marketing team for a multi site business.
  • Strong experience on internal colleague engagement platforms, content management systems and user experience best practices
  • Ability to identify high level outcomes into actionable and prioritised features for delivery
  • Strong analytical and technical experience with the ability to translate complex journeys and data into actionable and prioritised features.
  • Ability to map requirements against technology capabilities
  • Process mapping, and proficient use of tooling to support
  • Strong analytical and market trend analysis
