The Market Data Team at Cboe is looking for a Business Analyst:

The Market Data Business Analyst role at Cboe involves collaborating with the European Market Data & Access Services team to drive the business development of Cboe products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the product sales team by gathering customer feedback and analyzing data to showcase the value of Cboe European market data products
  • Conduct research to gather competitive intelligence and analyze key data sets from competitors
  • Identify product opportunities through in-depth analysis and research
  • Collaborate with the technology team to define new product requirements and manage project documentation
  • Act as a project manager to facilitate product tasks across various Cboe departments
  • Manage inbound data vendor relationships and customer onboarding and operations
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding market data products and perform reporting and analysis tasks

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in market data administration and analysis, ideally in a data vendor or financial services firm
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
