The Client

An established and highly reputable Wealth Management based within the City of London.

The Role

The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for maintaining GA4 application across the firm's websites ensuring all data layers are functioning for accurate and analytics insights for the wealth management business.

The Digital Marketing Analyst is to commit to upskilling the Wealth Management business in web analytics and to develop as well as maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and data visualisations and recite interpretation of their findings to help towards informed decision-making.

The Digital Marketing Analyst is expected to work with internal stakeholders and 3rd parties/external agencies, to combine all internal and external data to provide a whole client view.

The Digital Marketing Analyst will take ownership of developing campaign tagging and tracking to make certain Marketing activities can be measured both online and offline.

The Digital Marketing Analyst is expected to recognise best campaign tactics to deliver the best outcomes and ensure reporting structures are in place to test and modify actionable insights.

The Digital Marketing Analyst will provide well ordered Marketing Data Analysis and deep dives into areas of opportunity in a selection of formats for the wealth management company.

The Digital Marketing Analyst is to support the Group Head of Marketing and Communications and Senior Digital Marketing Manager in delivering the digital marketing strategy and campaigns, uploads in CMS, driving quality traffic to firm's website, the delivery and distribution of email campaigns, social media reporting, SEO and PPC, paid media advertising as well as reporting and analysis.

The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for managing and developing both business operational and efficiency projects through digital marketing communications for the wealth management business.

The Digital Marketing Analyst will influence activities and materials used by the Business Development/Front Office Team to improve new client conversion rates and retention strategies.

The Candidate

Understanding of Marketing Innovation & Financial Services Marketing

Advanced knowledge of GA4 and other Google products (GTM, GSC)

Experience in using Microsoft Office, Power BI and Google Analytics - ESSENTIAL

Experience with CRM dashboards and integration of data points

Strong project management skills and ability to manage and work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns.

Significant experience in performance data analysis across digital marketing channels

Ability to derive insights from complex data sets and deliver recommendations in a simple and comprehensive way to wider marketing team and business.

Significant experience in performance data analysis across digital marketing channels

Significant experience in maintaining a healthy and high-performing website and implementing digital marketing campaigns and testing strategies.
