Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Sales & Lettings Specialist to join our team. The role is designed to support our 9 offices across Oxfordshire with all new business activities and ultimately increase new instructions for both sales and lettings.The role requires a strong understanding of sales and letting processes along with a personal proven track record of achieving personal targets and KPIs. You will work with our New Business Development Manager to follow up existing leads and generate new opportunities for all aspects of our property business.The role can be flexible in terms of base location and hours, but will require some travel. Knowledge, skills, experience
  • Minimum 2 years property industry experience
  • Full driving licence
  • Upbeat, positive mental attitude
  • Ability to work alone and use initiative
  • Demonstration of self-motivation to achieve personal targets and results
  • Ability to communicate credibly with people at all levels
  • Confident and well informed
  • Highly organised and proactive
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
