About this role:

As our Global Senior Brand Designer, you'll take on a range of exciting brand design and marketing projects which align with our visual identity. As a vital part of our Global Design Studio, you can deliver creative designs with the right ingredients, from conception to execution.

Collaborating with your studio colleagues – from developers to copywriters and content editors – you're able to lead the creation of insightful design ideas, clearly articulating how you arrived at your solution.

You'll be a key contact for business stakeholders, meeting their creative needs and ensuring they understand our visual identity. Working closely with our Senior Lead Designer, you will also help internal and external design teams immerse themselves in our identity and lead in developing our design language now and in the future.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Sharing your design expertise and technical knowledge with other teams across the company
  • Liaising with global marketing teams to build design solutions that fit their objectives and align with our overall business strategy
  • Supporting the Studio in positioning and presenting guidance & concepts to senior stakeholders
  • Thinking logically and strategically, taking into account changes to guidance across multiple channels on a global scale

What will you bring to the table?

  • Senior level design experience as part of an in-house or external agency
  • A proven track record in brand design & delivering brand guidelines
  • Able to work independently as well as align with the Senior Lead for Design
  • Comfortable building good relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A self-starter with a proactive, well-organised approach to your work
  • In-depth knowledge of fundamental design principles, enabling you to create engaging & on-brand solutions
  • Good understanding of business and creative strategy, with the ability to interpret insights that inform your work
  • A multidisciplinary design background, covering digital & print, typography, motion, and art direction is an advantage
