We are currently recruiting for an experienced PHP Developer with extensive development experience. The vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented PHP developer who will have two responsibilities. Firstly to the ongoing development and updates to our own website. Secondly you will be assisting in the development of our in-house developed CRM and helping to shape the platform going forward. The role covers all aspects of development, from requirements discovery, specification to implementation, front end UI work, to back end data processing, REST API development to server work

We seek someone who thrives in a flexible, fast-paced environment, possesses effective communication skills, the ability to prioritise tasks, and work both independently and alongside our Development Manager.

The opportunity

This is a great opportunity for an experienced developer who is looking for a role with good progression prospects, to come on board and help drive the website and the CRM projects forward. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can bring their own ideas and creativity to the table and be an important part of the team helping to craft the technical roadmap of the business As we have offices based throughout the UK, some occasional travel may be required. We are offering a competitive salary, 25 days holiday and onsite parking.

The role will be hybrid based from our Birmingham city centre office

Key Requirements:


• Proven experience as a PHP Developer, specifically with Craft CMS and front-end technologies


•Experience server-side rendering - GraphQL, SEOmatic, Neo etc


•Knowledge of integrating and optimizing headless CMS frameworks, responsive and mobile-first design principles, and web performance optimization.


• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and techniques for tracking user engagement and source.


•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


• Experience with Linux (Ubuntu on the webserver side, along with MySQL / MariaDB as the database backend.

•Experience of developing specifications based upon client requirements, through to implementing the design.


• basic web design skills


• Experience of developing CRM systems.

• Agile methodologies


• Proxmox Hypervisor setup / management
