About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PHP Developer to join our team at SF Technology Solutions. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for the ongoing development and updates to our website, as well as assisting in the development of our in-house CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our website using PHP and MVC frameworks
  • Assist in the development of our CRM system, including requirements discovery, specification, and implementation
  • Work on front-end UI development, back-end data processing, REST API development, and server-side work
  • Collaborate with our Development Manager to prioritize tasks and work independently
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a PHP Developer with solid MVC experience (ideally Symfony or Laravel)
  • Experience with server-side rendering, GraphQL, SEOmatic, and Neo
  • Knowledge of integrating and optimizing headless CMS frameworks, responsive and mobile-first design principles, and web performance optimization
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and techniques for tracking user engagement and source
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Linux (Ubuntu on the webserver side, along with MySQL/MariaDB as the database backend)
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of developing specifications based on client requirements, through to implementing the design
  • Basic web design skills
  • Experience of developing CRM systems
  • Bash scripting
  • Agile methodologies
  • Proxmox Hypervisor setup and management
