Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Developer to join our client, a market leader in the Intellectual Property industry, on a remote-first basis. As a Senior PHP Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing a huge enterprise application that is used by both the company's internal staff and their clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale PHP applications using the LAMP stack.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and implement high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.

Requirements:

  • Strong core PHP knowledge and experience with the LAMP stack.
  • Excellent MySQL experience, with a strong understanding of database design and optimization.
  • Experience with AWS and TypeScript is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
