An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Lawyer with 1-4 years PQE to join a highly ranked national practice in London.
This role is perfect for a dynamic legal professional with expertise in both public procurement and commercial contracts, eager to work on impactful projects and advance their career within a top-tier legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice on public procurement law, including drafting and reviewing procurement documentation, managing tender processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Advising clients on the negotiation and execution of commercial contracts across various sectors, ensuring their interests are protected and commercial objectives are met.
- Supporting public sector clients, including government bodies, healthcare providers, and local authorities, on complex procurement projects and highvalue contracts.
- Assisting in resolving procurement disputes and contractrelated issues, offering strategic legal guidance throughout the process.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering clear, commercially focused advice that aligns with client goals and enhances their business operations.
Requirements:
- 14 years PQE as a Commercial Lawyer, with substantial experience in both public procurement and commercial contracts.
- Indepth knowledge of the Public Contracts Regulations and associated legislation, as well as strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a clientcentric approach to legal service delivery.
- A proactive, solutionoriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a highperforming team.
