We're looking for a talented individual to join our busy and close-knit team. We're looking for someone who has the ambition and ideas to transform and deliver Farm Africa's largest unrestricted income stream. You'll have autonomy and freedom to plan and execute all Individual Giving communications, managing our £1m+ Individual Giving portfolio and leading a brilliant small team.

Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving, this hands-on role requires excellent project management of all elements of our Individual Giving programme, including integrated fundraising campaigns right through from creative development to results analysis, using both on and offline channels.

Effective agriculture has the power to change lives. It underpins prosperity, food security and stability the world over. Farm Africa champions a holistic approach that boosts yields, protects the environment and connects smallholder farmers to thriving markets.
