Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and releases in the beauty industry. Possess comprehensive knowledge of various luxury beauty brands, product ingredients, and benefits. Effectively communicate the unique features and advantages of each product to customers. Sales and Targets:
Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling beauty products. Utilize effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to maximize revenue. Maintain a thorough understanding of the product range to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers. Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and cohesive working environment. Share knowledge and insights with colleagues to enhance overall team performance. Qualifications:
Previous experience in luxury retail sales, particularly within the beauty sector, is desirable. Strong passion for and knowledge of luxury beauty brands and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional shopping experiences. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Offering:
Competitive hourly rate ranging from £12 to £15 per hour, depending on experience (up to £15 per hour on Sundays / up to £20 per hour on bank holidays), plus holiday pay and pension contributions. Weekly payment methods with immediate start and flexible hours per week. Opportunity for further development and consideration for permanent opportunities.
