The Role

We're looking for a talented Makeup Artist to join our team in London. As a Trinny London Artist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge with each customer, and embodying our brand and style.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct all types of services, including pre-booked appointments and walk-ups, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Deliver impeccable customer service, sharing your expertise and passion for makeup and skincare
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare and makeup trends, improving your product knowledge and artistry

Requirements
  • Experience in a retail position, preferably within beauty or cosmetics
  • Passion for makeup and skincare, with a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Excellent customer relationship management and data capture skills

  • Positive and can-do attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
