Job Description

Pat McGrath Cosmetics is a leading beauty company that has revolutionized the industry with its innovative approach. As a Retail Artist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and showcasing a true in-store retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and stay proactive in attracting new clients to Pat McGrath Cosmetics.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company and retail group.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist with maintaining store displays, visual merchandising, and ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead by example with professionalism, enthusiasm, and expertise, both in-store and externally, work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other.
  • Brand Representation: Adhere to full makeup representation, matching the Pat McGrath DNA, and ensure styling and grooming are inspirational, trend-led, and in line with company and store guidelines.
  • Stock Management: Assist the stock keeper with ensuring the counter is well stocked and organized, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining inventory.
  • Events and Workshops: Participate in events, masterclasses, and in-store workshops to promote products and build brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Makeup Artistry Techniques: Excellent level of makeup artistry techniques, preferably in a high-end luxury brand.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a makeup artist, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of makeup products, techniques, and ingredients.
  • Attendance and Timekeeping: Excellent track record of attendance and timekeeping, with flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
  • Passion for Makeup: A genuine passion for makeup and the beauty industry.
