Als unser neuer Category Manager für IT-Services, Infrastruktur und Cloud wirst du dich auf mindestens eine unserer Kategorien konzentrieren, zu denen Anwendungsdienste und IT/OT-Infrastrukturdienste (wie Managed Workplace, Drucken, Netzwerke, Telekommunikation, Mobile, unsere Rechenzentren und unsere Cloud-Services) gehören. Deine Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, die Beschaffungsaktivitäten (Ausschreibungen) in den dir zugewiesenen Kategorien auf globaler Basis gemäß unserer jeweiligen Kategoriestrategie effizient voranzutreiben. Durch deine sorgfältige und gut durchdachte Ausführung steigerst du den Geschäftswert und stellst sicher, dass die externen Produkte und Dienstleistungen in der richtigen Qualität, rechtzeitig und zu realistischen Kosten geliefert werden.

Die Rolle:

  • Umsetzung von Initiativen und Entwicklung von wertschöpfenden Beschaffungsstrategien
  • Durchführen von IT-bezogenen Ausschreibungen zur Umsetzung unseres strategischen Plans (wie vom Global Category Manager vorbereitet)
  • Moderation unserer Beschaffungs- und Ausschreibungsprozesse zur Erzielung des größtmöglichen Mehrwerts
  • Verständnis der globalen IT-Märkte und der relevanten neuen Technologien haben
  • Anwendung unserer eSourcing- und eAuction-Systeme für eine effiziente Beschaffungsabwicklung
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Ausschreibungsplans für deine Unterkategorie, um sicherzustellen, dass die Ausgaben unter Vertrag sind
  • Sicherstellen, dass das Beschaffungsrisiko reduziert wird, indem du gemeinsam mit dem Global Category Manager und anderen Stakeholdern Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung planst und durchführst
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unserem IT/OT Supplier Management Team spwoe Sicherstellung das die Lieferanten unsere Verträge einhalten.

Dein Profil:

  • Internationale Erfahrung in allen ausschreibungsbezogenen Beschaffungspraktiken
  • Einschlägige Kenntnisse des IT/OT-Lieferantenmarktes und Interesse, sich über aktuelle Trends und Bedrohungen auf dem Laufenden zu halten
  • Kenntnisse einiger P2P- und e-Sourcing-Plattformen sowie Grundkenntnisse der relevanten Finanzprinzipien
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, auf Details zu achten und neuen Ansätzen und Ideen gegenüber aufgeschlossen zu sein
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, die es dir ermöglichen, Termine/Ziele einzuhalten, Stakeholder durch Ausschreibungsprozesse zu führen, aber auch eng mit anderen zusammenzuarbeiten, um Win-Win-Lösungen zu finden
  • Bereitschaft, zu unseren Betriebs-/Bürostandorten und wichtigen Lieferanten zu reisen
  • Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
