Key Responsibilities:

Inspire and engage students through dynamic and interactive teaching methods.

Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered.

Implement the IB curriculum with creativity and enthusiasm, tailoring lessons to meet the diverse needs of our students.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher status (PGCE/QTS or equivalent).

Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level.

A passion for education and a commitment to student success.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.

Start date: August 2024
