Your new role
Working for a well-known organisation in Llanishen, you will be supporting the HR team with the day to day running of the HR function. Including but not limited to the following:

Reviewing policies and proceduresProviding advice and guidance to managers on HR related mattersProvide administrative assistance such as updating internal systems and drafting letters.To undertake vetting and compliance activities such as DBS checks Assist with the recruitment, selection and promotion of employeesAssist with employee relation cases when required
What you'll need to succeed Experience working in an HR environment (1 year+)Recruitment experience A full driver's licence Ability to attend site 5 days per week in Llantrisant
