This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Director to join the Finance Team. This role typically reports to the Regional Finance Director.

The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the Finance function of the Region providing support to the senior management team and actively participating in the decision making and evaluation processes, whilst ensuring all Group reporting requirements are achieved.

Overseeing the consolidation and quality assurance of bi-monthly management accounts including a detailed variance analysis against prior year and budget comparatives
Overseeing the consolidation and quality assurance of monthly half year and year end operating forecasts explaining clearly the drivers causing anticipated changes to results
Monitoring the performance of the Finance teams and individuals at regular intervals so to highlight any potential areas of concern or improvement in departmental performance which can be addressed effectively and improve regional performance
Leading the Finance teams in ensuring that they are sufficiently trained and any departmental queries are actioned swiftly so to maintain the highest standards of success and a competitive edge for the business
ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
Previous experience of working within the housing sector or similar would be advantageous
Fully conversant with Microsoft office
