The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a newly created Portfolio Management Office at the Law Society of England and Wales.
The Law Society is the independent professional body for over 200,000 solicitors in England and Wales.
Working with the Portfolio Manager you will supporting the delivery of projects against the business plan.
The key responsibilities will be:
  • Developing and maintaining the central portfolio plan, helping to capture and sort new project demand.
  • You'll also be working with the projects on a day-to-day basis to provide comprehensive support, ensure key controls are in place.
  • Championing the PMO framework, promoting the adoption of good practice and be a key go to person for the teams.

What we're looking for

We are team players and we're looking for someone equally as enthusiastic and collaborative, with the ability to form great relationships and a well-rounded common-sense approach. You will be numerate, with close attention to detail. You will be delivery focused with excellent planning/organisational skills.

You will have experience coordinating people to achieve objectives.

You will also be able to work under pressure.
