We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Lead Analyst to join our team at Direct Line Group. As a PMO Lead Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the effective management and delivery of programmes and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and/or support the production of regular reporting on financial forecasting, tracking, and management.
- Ensure expectations of DLG Change Journey and associated Change Standards are met.
- Produce and maintain quality programme/project plans.
- Track and manage risks, issues, change requests, and dependencies.
- Ensure appropriate governance is in place and quality assurance is conducted.
- Programme/project health-checks and post-implementation reviews.
- Produce stakeholder updates, insights, and decision support material.
- Governance forums, including ensuring key artefacts are produced, maintained, and stored.
- Maintain accurate resource forecasts.
- Considerable experience of working as part of a PMO team (Portfolio or Programme/Project).
- Experience of using project management and collaboration tools such as Polarisoft's PPMAnywhere and MS Project.
- Hands-on knowledge of a variety of delivery methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Service-oriented individual who is adaptable with strong attention to detail.
