You will share your expertise, provide unbiased recommendations, and help every client find their perfect match across the Loreal Luxe brands. You will be digitally savvy and actively engaged with social media trends with a strong social media presence. You will inject fun into our brands with inclusive moments/events across both on counter and instore animation. What you will be doing:
You will be self-driven and can motivate yourself to achieve individual sales targets, working to achieve the multi-brand KPI's as set by your team manager. You will proactively approach customers in a warm and friendly manner to deliver memorable customer experiences.
