Role: Mailroom Supervisor / Team Leader

Contract: On-Going

Hours: 8am-3.30pm (35 hours per week)

Pay: 15 per hour, paid weekly.

Office Angels National Accounts are looking for an experienced Team Leader to provide support to their client in Dunfermline on an on-going basis. This position will require the candidate to travel to a second site in Dundee up to 2 times per week.

Some duties may include:

  • Processing of archive files and tracking signature movements using onsite computer systems.
  • Working accurately, under pressure, to tight deadlines with the ability to remain calm.
  • Good IT skills, Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, Email and Web.
  • Monitoring, recording, and reporting performance targets for the team and individuals.
  • Prepping documents
  • General Mail Room duties
  • Some manual handling required.
  • Setting up meeting and conference rooms.

This role will be based in Dunfermline but will require the supervisor to travel to the Dundee site between 1-2 times per week. This travel will be factored into working hours and expenses will be covered by the client. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle.

The ideal candidate:

  • The post holder will be professional when dealing with clients and proactively represent SPS on site promoting excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience overseeing a team.
