About the Role:
In this role, you will oversee and direct daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assigning tasks to team members and managing their workload to meet production deadlines.
- Monitoring production processes to guarantee adherence to food safety standards.
- Fostering team development through training, performance evaluations, and compliance with safety protocols.
- Ensuring that operations align with product specifications, quality benchmarks, and food safety regulations.
- Regularly reviewing input stock levels to fulfill production requirements.
- Upholding Health and Safety policies within the workplace.
- Managing personnel matters, including training, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
- Conducting weekly meetings with team leaders and participating in management meetings to assess performance.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess supervisory experience in a highly automated food production setting.
Required Skills: The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly organized with the ability to effectively plan production schedules to accommodate peak demand periods.
