Role Overview:

We're seeking an organised Office Manager to ensure operations are ran smoothly. The ideal candidate will be able to lead from the front bringing in new ideas, developing the business and have optimal organisation skills. The candidate will oversee the whole portfolio of clients ensuring work is above order, being the go too person for advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
  • Provide administrative support, including coordinating events and meetings.
  • Oversee office budgets, expenses, and procurement processes.
  • Supervise administrative staff and foster a positive working environment.
  • Implement and uphold office policies and procedures.
  • Expand on existing clients and develop business leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
  • Proficient numerical ability
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is advantageous.
