Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The purpose of this role is to support the execution of the requirements of our alliance account customers and ensure best in class customer delivery excellence whilst maximizing internal efficiencies. You will be the interface between the commercial and the SCM teams.

It will support the process from sales order entry to on time in full delivery of all products for the accounts within their portfolio, while owning and driving some elements of it. It is also responsible to support the identification of supply chain initiatives that are mutually beneficial (revenue generations and cost reduction) to adidas and our alliance account customers which will provide a long-term impact for both parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the definition of priorities, opportunities and risks for the alliance key accounts in the team's portfolio. Define required mitigation levers and drive cross-functional execution.
  • Collect, prioritize and provide solution to alliance accounts portfolio specific requirements, working with our global partners to provide the optimum solution whether this is existing or developing innovative solutions.
  • Drive relevant projects and initiatives to be executed within specified timelines and within budget.
  • Support the S&OP process incl. the financial target alignment for alliance account customers by collaborating with Controlling/Finance, Sales and Customer Service.
  • Manage order book conversion of alliance account customers by working with business key areas; evaluate speed and availability drivers, address availability and efficiency topics. Work proactively with them and customer service to implement corrective actions to achieve monthly and quarterly results. Identify risks and opportunities.
  • Work with Product Supply and Alliance Account Customer Fulfillment teams to maximize Dedicated and Direct opportunities with special focus on dedicated potential and dedicated conversion.
  • Manage partnership with DC and Outbound teams to secure operational excellence in topics such as (Booking In, special transportation requirements, carrier issues).
  • Review operational key performance indicators for Alliance Accounts; achieve and exceed where possible; ensure team are fully aware of performance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Good interpersonal skills combined with a high degree of customer orientation; can navigate easily within complex organizations, connect with a variety of functions, audiences, management styles, or cultures and create/foster relationships.
  • Good understanding of the customer and consumer journey paired with the ability to turn ideas into action
  • Good knowledge of SCM processes
  • Able to accept and meet deadlines, involving effective time management capacity and sense of priorities and agility.
  • Demonstrated initiative and result driven orientation
  • Good analytical and process thinking
  • Strong evidence of reporting and analytical skills across multiple reporting platforms

  • Fluent in English (written and oral)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • College or university degree with a focus supply chain management, alternatively, related work experience in the field of Logistics, Footwear and/or Apparel
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Customer Service environment within the footwear and apparel industry.
