To be successful, you will have:
Experience in delivering small-group literacy and numeracy initiativesExperience in working with students on a one-to-one basisExperience in catering for SEND pupils encompassing a variety of needs: challenging behaviour, ADHD, ASD, DyslexiaKnowledge of the secondary curriculumExcellent literacy and numeracy skills In this fixed-term role for 12 months, you will work 36 hours per week, 40 weeks per year.
