At the core of the customer experience within THG lies the Operations division. From producing sports nutrition to cosmetic goods, we ship products globally to over 200 countries through state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution centers.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless plant operations by enhancing equipment reliability and safety measures through modern maintenance strategies. Collaborating closely with the Engineering and Facilities Site Manager, you will lead maintenance activities, oversee training plans, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Maintenance strategy
  • Implement reliability-focused techniques for enhanced equipment performance
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement and failure analysis
  • Manage maintenance planning and compliance effectively
  • Analyze and report on KPIs regularly
  • Lead engineering excellence growth
  • Complete risk assessments and manage contracts efficiently
  • Support budget management and forecasting
  • Act as a deputy for the Engineering Manager when necessary

Role Requirements:

  • Qualified engineer with HND certification
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
  • Previous experience in engineering management
  • Familiarity with maintenance planning systems and CMMS
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices
  • Proficiency in IT and communication
  • Passion for Continuous Improvement & Innovation
