We're also keen for the person to be not only execute key TA responsibilities but has a passion for more general People & Culture initiatives and run with other projects that may arise across the functions too.

Role Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for working closely with the senior management and line managers to understand live vacancies and priorities, ensuring that the most appropriate resourcing tools and techniques are used to attract the right candidates for the business. You will aim to source candidates that embody our core values to Inspire, Improve, Innovate & Include who show the right character traits and motivations to succeed.

You will need to lead some elements as well as support the new starter onboarding process alongside HR, L&D and Sales Leaders, while working collaboratively with all operational functions to ensure we have strong retention and a professional, enjoyable and supported working environment and company culture.

Relationships Internal: Founders, Sales Leaders, Marketing, HR, L&D.

Key responsibilities:

Source high calibre candidates through varied, daily searches via LinkedIn, job boards, social media & referrals.Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.Collaborate with marketing to further enhance our sourcing efforts & employer branding.Refresh current EVP presentation decks to share with candidates.Design and tailor job descriptions to each role for the respective brands and markets.Form close relationships with key stakeholders to gain an overview of hiring needs and ensure clear criteria expectations for candidates.Communicate effectively with brand leaders regarding potential candidates and feedback.Record comprehensive interview notes and related paperwork, to share with interviewers.Follow the company's ED&I policy in the hiring process to ensure fairness and equal opportunity.Prepare candidates for each interview stage to help them put their best selves forward.Foster and maintain a relationship with candidates placed, beyond the hiring process.Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events where relevant to build a strong candidate pipeline.Proficient in using company software (Seven20, HiBob, Sharepoint) to record candidate data.Support Team Leaders and L&D through probation process and reviews.What you'll need to succeed:Strong relationship building skills to ensure candidates have a positive and supported interview process and onboarding experience.Empathetic and excellent interpersonal skills.Professional behaviour and attitude at all times, you are the face of the business from a new employee's first interaction with us to the day they start.Embody our 4I's values to Improve, Include, Innovate & Improve.Demonstrates X4 way behaviour at all timesGrowth mind-set and positive approach to self-development and business improvement.Organised, productive and efficient.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent communication and relationship with all staff in the business.Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.Excellent command of Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint).Outputs & Measures:Hiring targets achieved, time to fill average of less than 30 days per position.Positive feedback from new starters in terms of their onboarding and interview processImprovement in retention through supporting people and culture and L&D initiativesEVP documents, Job specs, adverts, "sell of X4", all refreshed for 2024
