£30,000 base salary (depending on experience)
£70,000 OTE (dependant on performance)
Monday - Friday, every other Saturday

Our client is an well established Estate Agency with multiple branches across Essex. They are currently looking for a Lister/ Valuer to join their team and work across their branches.

Responsibilities in this role are:Carrying out market appraisals/valuations with the aim of bringing as many properties to the market as possible.Managing your clients (as well as your colleague's clients), keeping them updated at all times and providing and exceptional level of service.Negotiating offers to the point of sale and exchange.Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations, financial & Legal services leads and viewings.Constantly looking to improve our market share and identifying all opportunities to grow the business.
