Trainee Mortgage Broker

Our client are a well established, high profile estate agency chain with branches across Essex. They are looking for enthusiastic sales people who have made the first step in becoming a mortgage adviser by having CeMAP 1 or preferably full CeMAP.

This role comes with a base salary starting at £25,000 and in addition, there is a £3,000 car allowance as standard.

As well as this competitive base salary package, there is an achievable tiered commission structure. Quarterley bonuses are also paid for various other incentives. A realistic OTE in excess of £70,000+ is very achieveable once you have learned the businessand developed as a mortgage adviser The base salary will rise along with your own progression

This is a 5 days per week role, 2 days of which can be work from home ( after your initial period in branch )

This is an excellent opportunity to become a mortgage broker without having to find your own business. You will benefit from a constant stream of warm leads, and from having the support of experienced brokers and sales staff around you who will lead by example.

You must have a track record in sales and be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate well with people of all backgrounds.
