Mortgage Broker

Our client are a well established, high profile estate agency chain with branches across Essex. They are looking for fully CeMAP qualified mortgage brokers with 1+ years experience in mortgage sales, to join their expanding team.

This role comes with a base salary ranging from £25,000 - £37,000 depending upon experience, and in addition, there is a £3,000 car allowance as standard.

As well as this competitive base salary package, there is an achievable tiered commission structure. Quarterly bonuses are also paid for various other incentives. A realistic OTE in excess of £70,000+ is very achieveable

This is a 5 days per week role, 2 days of which can be work from home ( after your initial period in branch )

Advisers MUST have the full CeMAP qualifications and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the mortgage arena. You will also have a track record in mortgage sales in a regulated environment. Experience in broking would be an advantage, but theywould also want driven advisers from a banking environment who wish to increase their income
