JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to led and oversee our restaurant, bar, and event operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong leadership presence, and a drive to maintain the highest standards of service and quality.

Position responsible for all the food and beverage operations, which includes all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations. Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals. Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations. Develops and implements business plan for food and beverage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver top-notch service.
  • Oversee inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with the executive chef and other department heads.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
