Description
- Manage and coordinate employment tax and share schemes projects.
- Provide expert advice to clients on employment tax and share schemes matters.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and share schemes.
- Contribute to the development of the team by mentoring and training junior staff.
- Participate in business development activities.

Profile
A successful Employment Tax and Share Schemes Manager should have:
- ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification essential
- Minimum 3 years' demonstrable experience in employment tax and share schemes management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
